ZipRecruiter Completes Workday Certified Integration for Faster, Easier Hiring
ZipRecruiter (NYSE: ZIP), a leading online employment marketplace, today announced it has achieved Workday Certified Integration status with the rollout of an upgraded integration. This update brings ZipRecruiter’s easy-to-use job seeker experience to jobs hosted on Workday Recruiting, with new features designed to help companies hire faster.
The upgraded features include:
- Screening and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Questions. Screening questions set up in Workday Recruiting are automatically included in ZipRecruiter job postings, making it easier for employers to pinpoint qualified candidates.
- Seamless Integration. Jobs created in Workday Recruiting are automatically posted to ZipRecruiter, and completed Candidate Profiles flow back into Workday as applications come in. As employers move candidates through the hiring process, ZipRecruiter refines its matching to deliver even stronger candidates.
Job seekers can save time by applying to roles hosted by Workday Recruiting on ZipRecruiter with their existing profile and resume. Their application information will flow directly into Workday Recruiting, where employers can review and manage candidates.
“When it comes to hiring, we know speed and simplicity are critical,” said Matt Plummer, ZipRecruiter Senior Vice President, Product Strategy & Enterprise Solutions. “By strengthening our partnership with this enhanced Workday integration, employers can attract top-tier applicants on ZipRecruiter and ultimately make faster hiring decisions—all while delivering a great experience for job seekers.”
Teams using Workday Recruiting who enable the ZipRecruiter integration will be able to:
- Unleash ZipRecruiter’s matching technology to uncover top candidates
- Get more candidates faster with ZipApply’s easy, redirect-free experience that reduces application drop-off
- Simplify hiring with application information that flows straight into Workday Recruiting
AAA of Northern California, Nevada & Utah, which serves millions of members with services ranging from roadside assistance to insurance, has already seen the benefits of the new integration.
“With ZipRecruiter, we saw a clear opportunity to streamline how we recruit and hire,” said Darnell Hill, VP of Talent Acquisition at AAA Mountain West Group (MWG). “The integration with Workday simplifies how our talent acquisition teams work and creates a user-friendly experience for candidates. We’re excited to continue our partnership and use these new tools to hire faster.”
