Who qualified for the Second Round, what can we expect in Americas Game day 2

All the results of this first round carry over to the second, therefore no team can afford to slow down as every game counts. All teams in the Americas region are in the search for one of the seven available spots in the World Cup hosted in Philippines, Japan and Indonesia in 2023.
