In this section we report the information of the main Brazilian credit card carriers in terms of revenues, volume and average expenditures.
In 2016, Brazilian credit card market's purchase volume achieved R$ 791 BI (13% of GDP). Porto Seguro has the highest revenues among the non banks in Brazil, accounting for 2% of market share - the average expenditure is 3rd in the country, after Citibank and BRB.
